When you accept a quote, your payment goes into a secured Paystack wallet — not to the artisan. They can see it's funded, so they start with confidence. You only release it once the work passes your check. If it doesn't, we mediate.

Your payment is secured. The artisan is notified it's funded — but they can't touch it yet.
The work happens
The artisan does the job. Chat, photos and any changes stay on the record, inside the app.
You review the work
When they mark it done, you inspect. Take your time — nothing releases without your say-so.
You approve
Happy? Tap approve. Funds are released to the artisan and a receipt is saved to your history.

Not right? Flag it. Your money stays put while our team mediates — refund or fix, your call.
